Delivery Method and Training Time Table

This course is delivered both online and live. The online option is registered as a single course, lasting a week. The live option is registered under FEP and delivered as a 1 day crash course in the FEP course series, made up of 5 courses with a total duration of 1 week. The FEP live training is followed by a 3 weeks micro internship to practice and consolidate the knowledge you have gained. We organize training for 1 or 2 batches of trainees every month.

This course is designed for Property consultants and anyone that has interest in real estate business. It cuts across property agents, Real Estate developers, town planners and Free-lance marketers seeking passive income.

Tuition Fees & Payment:

Tuition Fees is $50 (#30,000 – Subsidized). Whether you are taking the course online or live Class in FEP, you can pay ahead or complete day 1 the live training before paying your tuition. For ease of raising the tuition fee, you can save overtime towards this Job skills training. What is the tuition payment procedure for this course?

Tuition Fees is $100 (#60,000 – Subsidized). Whether you are taking the course online or in FEP Classroom, you can pay ahead or complete day 1 the live training before paying your tuition.nnTuition Payments can be made in USD or your local currency equivalent (usually subsidized) either by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. What Incentives do you have for trainees that have incomplete tuition fees?

You can use your wallet function to save overtime towards this job skills training. nnThose that have saved up to 50% of the tuition can apply for 50% training grant from Orisson, subject to Terms and Conditions.n

What are the types and cost of internship?

Micro Internship is free and lasts for 3 monthsnnMain internship costs same amount as the Training course stage. Internship fee is active from 2024n

Do I earn a salary during internship?

You are paid a monthly stipend during the 10 months of the Main Internship to cover your basic expenses. Mode of payment will combine your Opptan wallet and your bank account.

Is the internship placement automatic?

Micro Internship of 3 Weeks after FEP is mandatory, so placement is automatic.nnMain internship is competitive. During Micro internship, we select those who meet the Minimum internship criteria. Intake into Main internship is 50% of all enrolled trainees. nnThose that do not meet main internship requirements can take a supplementary Micro internship test to make it into the Main internship.n

Tuition Fees & Internship Information:

The FEP live training is followed by a 3 weeks micro internship where you practice and consolidate the knowledge you have gained. After the Micro internship, Interested Trainees can enroll for extended internship of 10 months. Micro Internship and extended internship is delivered at a cost. However, extended internship offers a monthly allowance.

Details of tuition is as follows:

Tuition fees for this course alone is = $100 (#60,000 – Subsidized @ #600: $1)
Total Tuition fees for 5 course series if taken live in FEP is = $400 (# 240,000 – Subsidized @ #600: $1)
Micro Internship Tuition fees = $100 (#60,000 – Subsidized @ #600: $1) – Optional
Extended Internship Tuition fees = $500 (#300,000 – Subsidized @ #600: $1) – Optional

Notes:

Training Loans and Training bond are available on request to cover the Internship tuition
Orisson stands as guarantor for repayment of Internship loans which is expected to be repaid over a 2 year period from completion of the internship.
Repayment source shall be from job income that you will get post internship.
We give employability guarantee which is backed by job fairs and placement support happening though out your internship period.
During extended internship, trainees also earn a monthly allowance

Registration process

Register by filling your details. The Training school admin will mail you the pro - forma invoice with payment instructions.
When you send a confirmation of payment we will complete your enrolment and give you access to the online virtual classroom on a slack channel.
Online Learners Time table is in Monthly batches. Certificates are issued on a monthly basis. However, if you register later than the 3rd week of the month, you will be joined to the next month's batch.
