Introduction
This course is one of the 5 courses in the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship Program (FEP). It enlightens the trainee generally on Agro Processing Machinery that is used for processing crops grown in Africa for industrial feedstock, food crops and export, as well as storage facilities for finished products. The course then touches on Logistics systems for Agro distribution and export and subsequently focuses on Agro supply chain management as it applies to agricultural value chain. This course will empower and up skill the Agro entrepreneur or Agro Supply chain manager to succeed.

Course Target Audience
This course is designed for mainly graduates from any Engineering departments or any discipline of study with interest in Agro Production, Processing, distribution and Export. The course is also suitable for owners of food processing businesses that seek to upgrade to small or medium scale modernized production methods, especially in a cooperative structure, for collaboration, wider market reach to local and international markets and increased profitability.
Delivery Methods and Training Time table:
This course is delivered both online and live all grouped in a monthly batch. The online option is registered as a single course taken on a self-paced mode. The live option is registered under FEP and delivered as a 1 day crash course by a tutor. The FEP course series is made up of 5 Crash courses with a total duration of 1 week. Non – resident participants can join the FEP live class by Google meets or Zoom live. A Slack channel also serves as virtual classroom and means of communication with other trainees and the tutor for both online and live trainees registered in each monthly batch.

Tuition Fees & Internship Information:
The FEP live training is followed by a 3 weeks micro internship where you practice and consolidate the knowledge you have gained. After the Micro internship, Interested Trainees can enroll for extended internship of 10 months. Micro Internship and extended internship is delivered at a cost. However, extended internship offers a monthly allowance.
